これまで自分が歩いてきた道のりを
もう一度確かめてみる
そしてもう一度前を見る

やりたいことにチャレンジできる
それはとても幸せなこと

やりたいことがあって
進む事ができる
支えてくれてる周りに感謝
後は進む勇気を持ち続けるだけ

帰国して日々に追われています^^;　向こうでは忙しすぎて写真が撮れなかったので、唯一の携帯画像です


今回の旅で印象深かった言葉。
「何かあるとノー！ノー！という人達がいるけど、私達はノーとは言わない。常にイエス！イエス！イエス！なんだ。」

これは現場で信頼関係をどう築いていくかという話の時にでた言葉です。

このイエスは何でも言われた事に、自分の意見が言えずにハイ。と答えてしまう事ではありません。
相手の意見を聞いて、受け入れて信用した上ででる同意。　とても前向きなイエスだと感じました。

イエスと相手に言える、その自信にも考えさせられました。



I'm back from USA. I'm so swamped with work these days LOL!!!

In US, I had so many things to do. So I couldn't take a photo. I took this photo with my mobile phone:))

What impressed me most about this trip was the words.
"Some people always say NO! NO! , but we are not. We say YES! YES!YES!"

We were talking how build a relationship of trust. We, especially in japan, say "yes". even we can't agree.
But this word doesn't mean it.

They always discuss a matter, and accept other opinions.


I also felt their strong confidence in the "YES".

いつも黙って見守ってくれてた瞳
時には厳しさを教えてくれた
あなたが私に与えてくれた
命の重み、
生きるうえでの楽しみ、悲しみ
時が経ち、
ようやくその意味がわかり始めました
与えてくれたたくさんのもの
いつか、私も誰かに伝えていけるのでしょうか
与える事の難しさを実感しています


The eyes that has been watching over me.
sometimes told me the world was not easy to live in.
You gave me a value of life, pleasure, and some sadness.
As time passed, I become understanding the meaning.
Many things you gave me,
Can I give them to someone someday?
I feel the difficulty to hand down to next.
